Useful information to make the most of your stay

Reservation Policy

Unless arranged prior to arrival:
Unless previously arranged, check is between 4:00pm and 10:00pm. If you are going to check in after 6:00pm please let us know prior to your arrival so that we can accommodate your schedule.
Unless previously arranged check out is at 10:00am Monday to Friday and 11:00am on Saturday and Sunday.

We are not VAT registered. Our prices are per room per night and subject to change without notice. However, your rate is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation.

Payment is taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy
We know that from time to time the unexpected happens and plans can change. For that reason, we accept cancellations up to three days before arrival. However, as a small business with just three rooms, we have to charge in full for rooms cancelled within three days of arrival.

Guests with impaired mobility
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate guests with impaired mobility as all of our rooms are on the first floor with access only from the stairs.

Please contact us directly prior to booking as we cannot always accommodate children. We do however like to be flexible and will endeavour to offer this service if possible and with a surcharge.

We have a strict no-smoking policy.

On arrival you will pick up a set of keys from the keylock box outside the front door. There is a key fob for the front door entrance and a key for your room. On departure please be sure to leave the keys in the door on the outside of your room. Should you take the keys with you in error we will have to request that you courier them back to us at your own expense.

How to reach us:

Based just off the high street and next to the local park, April House Weybridge offers guests peace and quiet whilst remaining within a short walking distance to the many local shops and restaurants. We invite you to enjoy Weybridge at its finest in this boutique self-catered accommodation situated in the heart of the town and a perfect gateway to London and the home counties

There is restricted parking on Springfield Meadows. On arrival at April House, you are invited to park on the road directly outside the house (blocking the drive). You will be fine there for 20 mins which will allow you to get your luggage in and check yourself in. Be sure not to leave your car too long so as not to get the dreaded parking ticket. There is free parking on Churchfields Ave (off Hangar Hill) postcode KT13 9YA. This is free EXCEPT from between 9-10am Monday to Friday. It’s less than a minute’s stroll from the house. 

There is also an NCP Ringo car park on Baker Street postcode KT13 8AL, Ringo Code 15572. Charges are from 8am – 7pm Monday to Saturday. You can download the App which allows you to control payment from your room. It’s also less than a minute’s stroll from the house.

Easy connections to Heathrow, Gatwick and M25
April House Weybridge is located close to J11 on the M25. Heathrow Airport is only a 20-minute drive away and Gatwick Airport 40 minutes.
